- To deliver and score our Growth Path Audit and provide you with your results
- To send marketing communications, where you have consented or where it is otherwise permitted by law
- To improve our website content, user experience, and marketing performance
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
We will not use your personal information for any purpose that is incompatible with the reason it was collected without first seeking your consent.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We share personal information only with third-party service providers that support our business operations. Those providers are:
- Klaviyo — email marketing platform. Receives name and email address for the purpose of sending marketing communications. Klaviyo operates servers in the United States.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising and analytics. Receives usage data and, where applicable, email address for the purpose of measuring ad performance and serving relevant advertising. Meta operates servers in the United States.
- Google — analytics and tag management (via Google Tag Manager). Receives usage data for the purpose of website analytics and conversion tracking. Google operates servers in the United States.
- Netlify — website hosting and form handling (Netlify Forms). Receives contact-form and newsletter sign-up submissions (such as name, email, phone, and message). Netlify operates servers in the United States.
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse protection on our contact form. Receives interaction and device data to distinguish genuine visitors from automated bots. Operated by Google in the United States.
- Into The Wild Marketing CRM — our internal customer relationship management system. Receives name, email, phone, company, industry, and audit responses submitted via the Growth Path Audit. This system is operated by us and hosted on Netlify and Supabase infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies to understand how visitors interact with our content and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The specific tools we use are:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM-PJ898SFL) — manages and deploys tracking scripts on our site
- Meta Pixel (ID: 1274840234810898) — tracks page views and conversion events for Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Klaviyo (account: SbPvLp) — tracks email engagement and website behaviour for subscribers

However, you acknowledge that we may not be able to ensure that overseas recipients comply with Australian privacy law, and in that event the overseas recipient's local laws will apply.
8. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Personal information submitted through our website is stored in secured databases and third-party platforms operated with industry-standard security controls, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we correct any information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading (APP 12 and APP 13).

We may decline access in circumstances permitted by the Privacy Act, such as where providing access would unreasonably impact the privacy of another person. If we decline access or correction, we will give you written reasons.

If you believe we have handled your personal information in a way that breaches the Australian Privacy Principles, you may make a complaint by contacting us at richard@intothewildmarketing.com.au.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
